You view it with your minds eye. For instance. Imagine what an apple looks like in your mind. That.

i imagine an entire other world and 'control room' in my mind pretty much all the time

I mean, in the loosest form yes, I can feel the mental existence of a red apple. I have a list of traits to assign it ect

A lot of people close their eyes and try to find something in the blackness of their eyelids, but it's nothing more than a mental picture/idea of something.

Ok so if I start having intense waves of emotion almost seemingly out of no where, is that usually a good sign I'm making progress?

Not necessarily, but can't be a bad sign.

Alright 'cause I just had that like 2 days ago and it surprised the crap out of me. I've also had some tingling sensation in my head, although I'm not really sure that would constitute as head pressures...

The important thing is to not turn it into a chore or something non-fun to be doing. The rest of it should come with time.

I guess I shouldn't expect all that much though since it hasn't been that long,but I don't know, I just feel like I should be spending more time on my tulpa, but as described above I don't exactly get all the quiet time I need when I want to just sit down and meditate

like I managed to completely block out the sound of my fan one night and I ended up like actually hearing a song I liked and was actually able to faintly see images, although I think it may have just been a bit of hypnagogia 'cause I was tired as hell, nonetheless though I think the realization I actually managed to pull off something like that shocked me out of it, otherwise I might've fallen asleep

They can usually start off like that, just being variations. It gets fleshed out more as time goes on as long as you force and make the voices distinct. I'm not sure what y ou mean by asking if Rose is Multi.

'cus believing in them is what makes you keep thinking of them as another person, and thinking of them like they're another person is literally what makes a tulpa start to be a tulpa (your brain has to learn too)
